Terry Wilson has served in pulpits and living rooms, helped plant multiple churches, led worship, and taught the Gospel to both intimate gatherings and larger crowds. He has served as a Teaching Pastor, Equipping Pastor, and Worship Leader—and today serves as Equipping Pastor at Father’s Vineyard in Spindale, North Carolina.
His heart is to give believers the tools, training, and encouragement they need to live out their calling in the church, the marketplace, and the home. Terry blends biblical truth with practical wisdom shaped by decades of ministry, leadership, communication, and counseling experience.
He is also the founder of TW3, an award-winning platform used by more than 5,500 business, ministry, and coaching leaders, and the host of the You Are Worth More! Leadership Conference in Greenville, South Carolina.
